Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Lights
Carefully place the items in their original boxes, ensuring all decorative elements and power cables are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
